Girl’s head

In it there is a planet
and a project
that I have to
do for school.

And there is a
spaceship
which shall be first.

And there is
an entirely new friends
an entirely new animal
an entirely new school.

There is a flood
flowing down the road.

There is a big
list full of
homework on the
whiteboard.

There is a place
where I have
fun with
my friends.

And it cannot be
held back.

I know that  
only what cannot be held back
is a head.

There is much promise
in the circumstance
that so many people have heads.

In the day, I like to

play in the park, and

mothers love to chat.

In the night, I hear 

nothing outside my

window, and the cats

crawl to the now full bin.
